All of our trainee positions are earn as you learn. you will go through 8 weeks of training and then a mentorship program so you are never left alone when you are not comfortable

Do you know what documentation is required to ensure that import customs clearance takes place without delay? This course will go over a number of documents and procedures involved with importing.
This full day course will explain import documentation and giving knowledge of the key elements of import procedures, including where to go for sources of information and assistance. It will also cover how to comply with customs procedures.

This CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety course is ideal for those working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled.
This one-day course covers legislation, food safety hazards, temperature control, refrigeration, chilling and cold holding, cooking, hot holding and reheating, food handling, principles of safe food storage, cleaning food premises and equipment.
On successful completion of this course and on passing the 30 question multiple choice assessment, the delegate will receive a Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) accredited food safety certificate.
