Helping Families Find the Right Care. Supporting Providers to Deliver Their Best.
At Care Finder Assist (CFA), we’re a Norwich-based business with a UK-wide reach, dedicated to making the care journey less overwhelming and more empowering for families navigating private, self-funded care options.
We help people find residential care homes, home care services, or supported living that truly meet their needs — and we do it without charging families a penny. Our services are paid for by the final chosen provider, but we are not affiliated with or tied to any care provider. This means every recommendation we make is fully independent and in the best interests of the individual.
We work with compassion, transparency, and the belief that great care starts with the right match.
What We Do for Care Seekers
When someone needs care, it can feel like a maze — urgent, emotional, and confusing. That’s where we step in.
CFA provides:
● Personal consultations to understand care needs and family dynamics
● Tailored shortlists of vetted care options that match specific needs
● Visit coordination to make the selection process easier
● Step-by-step guidance from enquiry to placement
● Ongoing check-ins and Aftercare to ensure the chosen care continues to meet expectations
With over 30 years of combined frontline care experience, we know what to look for — and what to avoid. We take the weight off families’ shoulders, giving them the confidence to make informed, supported decisions.
What We Do for Care Providers
While we work independently, we also offer real value to care providers — helping them:
● Save time and energy spent on unsuitable enquiries
● Meet occupancy targets with better-fit placements
● Reduce the risk of placement breakdowns by ensuring families are informed, realistic, and well-supported from the start
● Receive valuable, impartial feedback from the care seeker and care receiver community
● Minimise complaints — our aftercare helps reduce low-level concerns from escalating into formal issues
Together, these benefits enable care providers to concentrate on their core strengths: delivering exceptional care and consistently enhancing standards and services.
It’s a win-win approach, with families feeling confident and care providers benefiting from smoother placements and stronger relationships. Learn more about how we support providers at carefinderassist.co.uk

Our Mission
We exist to bridge the gap between care seekers and care providers, removing the overwhelm and helping people find care that works — not just on paper, but in real life. While we’re not affiliated with any one provider, we strongly believe in working collaboratively with those in the sector to improve outcomes for everyone involved.
Our vision is a care system that is easier to access, more transparent, and rooted in dignity and respect — and we believe that starts with honest, expert guidance and the right local partnerships.
Let’s Work Together
If your business serves clients or communities who may need care now or in future — let’s talk. Whether it’s to explore a mutually benefical opportunity for our clients, discuss a collaborative event or resource, or simply learn more about each other, we’d love to connect.

Thick, healthy Bull Pizzles are our flagship product and make for an ultra-tasty, satisfying and long-lasting dog chew. They provide exceptional flavour and satisfaction for dogs while helping to prevent gum disease by removing plaque. Not only are they a 100% natural product, but they’re packed with amino acids, vitamins, trace elements and are free from artificial chemicals, additives and preservatives. Our ultra-grade pizzle sticks are suitable for dogs of any breed, age or size and they provide the same protein and dental health benefits for puppies as they do for adult dogs. Our pizzles are single-ingredient, easily digestible treats made from the highest quality pure grass fed and hormone-free beef. They excel at cleaning dogs teeth while keeping them entertained and they won’t splinter or break apart. The majority of the bully sticks being sold in the UK are made in South Asia where there are very different standards and health regulations to here in the UK, and there is often no safe or controlled monitoring of the manufacturing process. Our pizzle sticks are hand made with love in small batches to strict EU Regulations 142/2011 and 1069/2009 in pristine veterinary inspected and certified premises and exceed each and every health requirement. The quality of our pizzles is both exceptional and consistent. They are safe, they are healthy, they are free of pathogens such as Salmonella, Campylobacter, E.Coli and we stand behind them 100%. We’re raising the bar and redefining expectations by introducing an exciting new range of the very highest quality bull pizzles to the UK which exceed all others in every possible way. |
