Following many requests by our clients we are very excited to host our next day retreat on the 14th July in Diss and it’s all about FOOD! We’ll be looking at Clean Eating and Restorative Foods and how what we put on our forks has a direct impact on our wellbeing and body image.
We are inviting colour and image consultants to come along too to explain how we can make the most of our body shape and skin tone.
The day will be a wonderful mix of myth-busting nutritional science and lots of expert guidance on dressing, looking and feeling our best.
It will be fun, sociable and our chef will prepare us all a vibrant health-enhancing lunch!

Eastern Region Specialist Operations Unit – Counter Terrorism Policing ERSOU – CT), in collaboration with our colleagues in the National Counter Terrorism Policing Headquarters (NCTPHQ) are excited to afford you the opportunity to be part of the Eastern Region Protect and Prepare Seminar. This event is delivered in partnership with Norwich City Council and Norfolk Constabulary and gratefully supported by the Forum, Norwich BID, Norfolk Chambers of Commerce, the Cross-Sector Safety and Security Communications (CSSC) and Dardan Security.
The event will focus on the current threat from terrorism to the United Kingdom and will aim to highlight some of the police and private sector partnership working which has occurred to both prepare for and mitigate against further attacks.
This event will also hear from keynote speakers from the NCTPHQ, along with additional presentations in relation to business and cyber-crime.
This briefing is a call for businesses and law enforcement to come together so that we can all work together to improve our ability to detect, deter and disrupt those wishing to attack out communities and way of life. We particularly welcome Small-Medium Enterprises(SMEs) that may not have previously had an input from CT policing.
Communities Defeat Terrorism and this event is a fantastic opportunity to receive key updates on issues affecting the business sector and to network with like-minded individuals with the aim of forming a more resilient business community.

We are pleased to invite you to join us at our next Working Together Employment Seminar, in conjunction with Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Limited.
With vacancy numbers in East Anglia doubling in the past 12 months, good candidates are typically securing 2 or 3 job offers before deciding who to work for. Our experts will provide practical and legal advice on how to ensure that your business attracts and retains the best people, and how you keep your employees motivated and engaged. The session will include looking at building a compelling employer brand and developing innovative candidate attraction strategies, as well as providing delegates with tips on improving and avoiding the legal pitfalls of recruitment processes.
The seminar will also include an update on changes to employment law, as well as a review of recent significant employment tribunal decisions.
Howes Percival’s employment law update seminars are presented in a jargon-free way, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

Calling all our friends north of Norwich, our next Business Growth Club get together in Hellesdon is on Wednesday 12th June – starting at 8 am and we will finish by 10.
This month we’ll look at how to make a service offering look more like a product, thereby making it easier for prospects to understand. This will lead to increased sales – and the good news is that it’s not difficult to do once you know how.
Plus a stack of other useful information I’ve noticed over the last few weeks – a packed agenda as ever then!
