Many businesses struggle to create short videos consistently or feel unsure what to say. This often results in irregular posting or videos that don’t convey a clear message, which leads to low engagement. Industry updates show that simple, strategic videos perform best. They don’t need complex visuals. Clear messages and consistent topics are what audiences respond to.
Smash’s POV: • Focus on practical tips your audience cares about. • Keep clips clear and to the point. • Use captions to help viewers who watch without sound.
If short video creation feels overwhelming, we can support your content planning and script ideas.

Founded by Tracy Dobson, certified Carbon Literate in 2025, Brilliantly Organised was created from a belief that every business deserves calm, clarity and confidence behind the scenes as well as access to a partner who understands their goals.
With more than 30 years’ experience in finance and operations, the practice combines strategic thinking with hands-on support to help businesses stay financially healthy and ready to grow sustainably, whilst meeting the ever changing requirements in compliance.
Every growing business needs reliable financial foundations; accurate data, meaningful insight and systems that work in harmony. These elements are critical for providing resilience during challenging times.
We at ACG are proud to shine the spotlight on Memorify, which secured £45,000 from four of our angel investors at our last pitching round on 25th November 2025 in Norwich.
Memorify delivered a compelling pitch to ACG members, clearly articulating the emotional drive behind the business and its commercial potential. The company’s mission is rooted in a deeply personal story as founder Charlotte Ridley shares:
“The loss of my father whilst pregnant with my daughter sparked the creation of Memorify. The truth is, our memories are fragile, and as time passes, precious stories and moments fade, slipping away from us. We’re at risk of losing entire generations of experiences and connections unless we find a way to preserve and share them for the future.”
This powerful purpose, combined with a clear growth strategy and strong market positioning, resonated strongly with ACG’s investor network. Following the pitch, four angels committed investment, recognising both the societal value and commercial opportunity that Memorify represents.
The £45,000 raise marks an important milestone in Memorify’s journey and reflects the strength of ACG’s model—connecting ambitious founders with experienced investors who bring not only capital but strategic insight.
We are delighted to welcome Memorify to ACG’s growing portfolio and look forward to supporting Charlotte and her team as they scale their vision and continue building momentum.

It brings new ideas and discoveries to the heart of the city, showcasing real impact, answering challenging questions and inspiring the scientists of the future. We’re delighted to continue to support this important celebration of science.”
