Media Training – How to Manage Media for Your Business A full day workshop to help participants define their message and maximise the chance of achieving positive publicity in the press, on radio and television. The course is suitable for business owners, managers or employees who are, or may be, required to undertake press and media interviews.
Course Objectives At the end of the sessions each participant will: • Have increased awareness of the opportunities for publicity in the press, on radio and TV • Know who to approach at press and media outlets • Know how to approach press and media outlets • Be able to identify what makes a good PR opportunity • Be able to plan for a press or media interview • Have had the opportunity to record radio and TV interviews with a journalist and receive feedback • Know how to plan for, and react to, negative publicity.
Workshop Evaluation
