The King’s Lynn Bubble Rush is back for its third year! Help us make it the best one yet and cover The Walks in coloured bubbles.
The course features four Bubble Stations along the 2.5km route, you can do one lap or double your enjoyment by completing the circuit twice to make 5km. Each Bubble Station has a cannon which pumps out coloured foam to create a 4ft deep bubble bath! There are two wave times for you to choose from:
Purple Wave – 11am (arrive from 10am)
Orange wave – 12pm (arrive from 11am)
Every course is family friendly, so you can run, jog, walk, dance or toddle through the foam. Pushchairs and wheelchairs are more than welcome! The events are not timed, so you’re not racing anyone – the most important thing is that you enjoy your time in the bubbles and finish with a big smile on your face – and everyone gets a medal included in their ticket!
There’s no official fundraising target for Bubble Rush, but we ask all of our participants to try and raise a minimum of £15.00. By doing so, you’ll help EACH to provide specialist care and support for children with life threatening conditions.

Bossa Nova = Nouvelle Vague = New Wave. This transliteration was the starting point for Marc Collin and Olivier Libaux’s unique project, which, by appropriating the punk and post-punk cannon and running it through the Bossa Nova filter, reinvented the cover band genre, revealing new and brilliant talents along the way: Camille, Phoebe Killdeer, Nadeah, Mélanie Pain, and Liset Alea.
The group’s first two albums, ‘Nouvelle Vague’ (2004) and ‘Bande A Part’ (2006) defined their unique sound with Bossa versions of New Wave Classics. Their third album ‘NV3′ (2009) featured collaborations with Depeche Mode’s Martin Gore, Ian McCullouch from Echo and the Bunnymen, Terry Hall from The Specials, Barry Adamson, The Saints & Minimal Compact.
Nouvelle Vague are Marc Collin, Olivier Libaux, Mélanie Pain, Elodie Frégé, and Liset Alea.

We’re joined by Ash Borland, personal branding coach, to learn how we can stand out from the crowd and share our identity with the world!
A personal brand is how you promote yourself. It is the unique combination of skills, experience, and personality that you want to show the world.
The way others perceive you and your business is so important, If you have a good personal brand, people are willing to pay you more for your products, goods or services,
You can either choose to ignore your personal brand (however it will develop organically) OR you can take control of your personal brand and write your own narrative.
In this webinar I will cover the basics of personal branding so that you can stand out from the crowd!

We live in unprecidented times, things are no longer comparable to what they have been. One thing is steadfast though, and that is that things change. No matter what we do, the world will change around us. So at this fork in the road we have a choice, either we change too, or we get left behind.
This workshop is for those who want to make effective change and look at things differently.
