CMI Open Course – An Introduction Into Principles of Management & Leadership
This 3 part course running 14th, 21st and 28th May is designed for new and aspiring managers and also comes with an option to take a Level 3 CMI Qualification. With a combination of live online delivery (3 x 1/2 day sessions) and 1 to 1 coaching this course offers a fantastic introduction into being a highly successful front-line manager.
With some additional self-study, supported by 1 to 1 coaching and professionally created learning content from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), you can obtain the highly prestigious Level 3 Award in Principles of Management and Leadership. This is a Nationally recognised qualification and is also part of the Apprenticeship Standard. This will not only improve your management ability, but it will also enhance your CV, improve your career prospects and your future earning potential. CMI Membership and a formal Certificate is included.

50 PLUS Choices – Supporting the over 50’s
Our 50 PLUS: Choices (Fuller Working Lives) programme aims to help employers to support their workforce from mid-life. It will raise awareness of the benefits of older workers, their skills and experience and help to improve line management education to ensure employees do not need to leave the workforce before they wish to.
The programme, being delivered with the Department for Work and Pensions, will:
