About this Event
Join us for the first of our ‘How to’ series, where we are joined by experts from a variety of industries who will be sharing their experiences and opinions on how we can innovate most effectively in this ‘new world’.
Covid-19 has changed almost every aspect of our lives; from the way that we work, to the way we travel, to the way we socialise. Businesses, regardless of size and sector, have also been affected, challenging the way that we innovate, collaborate and lead.
Are you looking for new ways of working to allow you to realise your innovative potential in this ‘new world’? Our How To: Innovate panel discussion is essential for businesses who are looking to get ahead of their competitors and create sustained growth.
In the ‘How to:’ series, we shall be hearing from a variety of speakers sharing unique case studies, perspectives and learning points from the last year, and how they are planning to move forward as the prospect of returning to normality increases.
Have the opportunity, following the presentations, to share your thoughts and ask the panelists your questions, expanding upon their experiences and understanding how we can innovate more effectively, getting ahead of our competitors.

Chamber Webinar – Supplier Management
So many businesses have critical services underpinned by a contract with 3rd parties, but how well are these relationships managed until things go wrong, or contract renewal is approaching?
Pro-active management of your companies supply chain is so valuable in ensuring you receive the services you pay for, to the agreed timescales as well as to pro-actively prepare for contract renewals to put you, the customer, in the driving seat of the negotiations.

Success Measurements: Joe Mills, The Tree Academy
Wherever you are in the world things are likely to be tough with the COVID-19 restrictions you’re living under. In the UK we’re still in Lockdown #3, which has for many felt like the most challenging.
Noticing a distinct difference in the concerns people were raising with me, across the landscape of business and into personal lives, I decided to create these key theme videos to help as much as I can.
Each day we use measurements in our lives, those different types of evidence we continually gather to determine how ‘successful’, happy, satisfied or fulfilled we feel, and if we’ve achieved what we intended to.
I hope after watching this you’ll feel inspired to Zoom In and Re-Focus on an area of your life, so your measurements reflect the life you have now and what you would like to create for your future.
A huge thank you again to Lightweight Media for being so brilliant to work with on this project.
