Motivational Mapping is a powerful, dynamic and exciting self-perception inventory that provides individuals, managers and organisations with intelligent and practical information on what motivates people, as well as how motivated they are.
One of the most powerful uses of Motivational Mapping is to help managers gain a deep and practical understanding of their teams, which is especially important as people return to work and, managers are under even more pressure to integrate their teams.
Our biggest challenge has not been technology but juggling childcare, new routines, home-schooling, motivation (self and others), changing workloads and priorities.
The Coronavirus kick-started a change – the World’s largest workplace experience in history.
Was it that good before? What are we holding onto?
Many companies have employed the services of HR as the function that deals with compliance and processing payslips on time! What 2020 has given HR professionals is exposure at the highest level of the organisation and the ability to demonstrate the true value that HR can add to a business.

Wherever you are in the world things are likely to be tough with the COVID-19 restrictions you’re living under. In the UK we’re still in Lockdown #3, which has for many felt like the most challenging.
Noticing a distinct difference in the concerns people were raising with me, across the landscape of business and into personal lives, I decided to create these key theme videos to help as much as I can.

I hope after watching this you’ll feel inspired to Zoom In and Re-Focus on an area of your life, so your measurements reflect the life you have now and what you would like to create for your future.
A huge thank you again to Lightweight Media for being so brilliant to work with on this project.
For more than 40 years the Norwich Buddhist Centre has been teaching Meditation, Buddhism and Yoga in the heart of the city.
The centre is run by members of the Triratna Buddhist Community whose aim it is to make the teachings of Buddhism available in the modern world.

Leading classes and courses and getting to know people who want to find out about the Buddhist path is a very important aspect of my life. I took on the role of chair of the Norwich Buddhist Centre in Nov 2018, overseeing the spiritual welfare of the Centre alongside the other Trustees.
Alongside my teaching at the Buddhist Centre, I practice as a Counselling Psychologist, and like to have as much time as possible in my meditation cabin in the garden, as well as time for practising piano and learning Greek.
