Spire Solicitors LLP has continued to solidify its team and growth by introducing two new members to its Property Teams, by welcoming Howard Bailey and Sally Yaxley to the business.
Howard Bailey has joined the firm in the Commercial Property Team as Solicitor and brings with him a wealth of experience in commercial leases, secured lending, development and freehold & leasehold sales, as well as purchases of commercial & mixed use premises.
Howard is the latest member of staff to join Spire Solicitors from Ashtons Legal; other recent appointments have included Matthew Downing as Partner & the recently promoted Susan Ward, as Senior Associate.

Sally Yaxley has also joined as Legal Executive within the Residential Property Team from Norton Peskett Solicitors and brings to Spire over a decade of experience in sales & purchase of freehold and leasehold property, Transfers of Equity, remortgages and new builds.
