Emma has been central to ensuring the firm attracts and retains the right people, while creating an environment where individuals can build rewarding careers. She has played a key role in the ongoing development of the firm’s trainee programme, helping to deliver a structured annual intake that identifies promising candidates and provides the training and guidance needed to help them progress.
Emma said of her promotion: “I am incredibly proud to take on this role and to continue supporting the team who make M+A Partners such a great place to work. I am fortunate to work alongside dedicated colleagues, including Sophie Metivier in our People & Culture team, whose hard work and commitment make a real difference.
