Norfolk Events, the free events discovery platform for the
county, is marking its first anniversary after launching on 2 June 2025.
In twelve months, the platform has grown to attract over 2000
active users every month, with more than 1,000 events and 200+ organisers now
listed, ranging from major cultural institutions to independent market traders,
community sports clubs and food festivals. Norfolk Events currently ranks
second on Google for “Norfolk events.”
James Ingham, co-founder of Norfolk Events, said: “We
set out to build something Norfolk genuinely needed, a free, easy-to-use
platform that brought the county’s incredible events scene together in one
place. The response from organisers and audiences alike has been beyond what we
expected in year one, and we’re only just getting started.”
Alongside the core discovery platform, Norfolk Events has
developed a Business Directory, a weekly Wednesday Wisdom thought leadership
series featuring voices from Norfolk’s creative and business community, and a
social media following of 3,800+ across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
The platform is free for both organisers and audiences.
