Meet the Team at Eudaemonia Wellbeing Centre
At Eudaemonia Wellbeing Centre, we believe that wellbeing starts with people — so we thought it was time to introduce some of the people behind ours.
Based in Norwich, Eudaemonia is a welcoming wellbeing hub bringing together talking therapies, wellbeing services, professional room hire, training and workplace wellbeing support under one roof.
Our team works together to create an environment where individuals can access the right support, practitioners can grow their businesses, and organisations can invest meaningfully in the wellbeing of their people.
Meet the Eudaemonia team
Behind the scenes, our team supports the day-to-day running of the centre, welcomes clients and practitioners, develops new partnerships, organises training and events, and helps connect people with the services they need.
We’re also passionate about building relationships with other organisations across Norfolk.
From businesses looking for mental health and wellbeing training, to professionals searching for high-quality meeting or training facilities, and practitioners looking for a professional home for their practice, we love hearing from people who share our commitment to improving wellbeing in our community.
Meet Emma — Director
First up in our Meet the Team series, we’d like to introduce Emma, Director of Eudaemonia Wellbeing Centre.

Alongside her clinical work, Emma is passionate about improving mental health and wellbeing within the workplace. Through Eudaemonia, she works with businesses and organisations to provide workplace wellbeing consultancy, training and tailored support, helping employers better understand the psychological needs of their teams and develop healthier, more supportive working environments. From raising awareness and building confidence around mental health to helping organisations take a more proactive approach to employee wellbeing, Emma is committed to making psychological knowledge practical and accessible in the workplace.
As Director, Emma is passionate about continuing to develop Eudaemonia as a wellbeing hub for Norwich and the wider Norfolk community, building relationships with individuals, practitioners, businesses and organisations who share our commitment to improving mental health and wellbeing.
