Three-Year Value Acceleration Programme

Three-Year Value Acceleration Programme

Build a more valuable, scalable and resilient business.

A two‑day Executive Programme delivered in partnership with Norwich Business School (UEA).

Build a calmer, more resilient and more valuable business.

Most business owners and senior managers reach a point where the day‑to‑day noise makes strategic progress difficult. Decisions are made reactively, earnings feel unpredictable, and the business leans too heavily on a few key people. Growth becomes harder not because of lack of ambition, but because the underlying structure isn’t designed for value.

The Three‑Year Value Acceleration Programme gives you the space, tools and a practical framework to change that.

Who the programme is for…

This programme is designed for:

  • Business owners who feel they’ve hit a ceiling
  • Directors and senior managers who want greater influence and strategic capability
  • Leaders who want to reduce dependence on themselves or others
  • Businesses preparing for succession, future investment, or simply a stronger operational footing

No exit intention is required.
The focus is value, resilience and leadership, not transaction planning.

A distinctive approach: Value, not just growth.

Most SME “growth” plans focus on more turnover, more headcount, more activity. This programme takes a different line.

Value Acceleration is about strengthening what already exists: earnings quality, leadership depth, innovation culture and governance, so the business becomes more predictable, more resilient and easier to run.

Across two days, you will work directly on the five pillars that drive long‑term business value:

  • Quality of Earnings
  • Owner Dependence
  • Strength of the Management Team
  • Innovation Culture
  • Governance & Decision‑Making

In small-group breakout work and applied exercises using your own business as the case study.

What you will leave with..

A practical three-year strategic runway tailored specifically to your business, along with a clearer perspective on your future direction and leadership priorities.

  • A clear understanding of where value is created, and where it leaks
  • A practical plan to strengthen earnings quality
  • A pathway to reduce owner or key‑person dependence
  • A capability map for your leadership team
  • A governance structure that supports better decisions
  • A three‑year value framework tailored to your business
  • A calmer, more resilient vision of what your business can look like

You will also join The Sounding Board, an opportunity to meet regularly with peers and discuss business challenges and successes in a supportive, constructive setting.

Your first step: the Value Acceleration Breakfast.

We recommend attending the 90‑minute Breakfast Session first. It’s free, practical and gives you a benchmark of your business across the five value pillars.

You’ll leave with immediate insight into where your business is strongest, and where value is leaking.
