Sustainable Procurement Training

This course
is suitable for Procurement professionals who are looking to align their
procurement processes with their organisation’s sustainability goals or
influence their leadership team to adopt better Procurement practices.

• Session 1 – Setting the
  scene: the legal landscape, the triple bottom line and goal setting
• Session 2 – Incorporating
  sustainability into sourcing processes
• Session 3 – Motivating internal
  stakeholders and suppliers
• Session 4 – Monitoring and
  measuring success

By the end
of the course, delegates will be able to write and implement a sustainable
procurement strategy, align procurement processes with their organisation’s
sustainability goals and measure the success of these changes.

All online courses are run on Thursdays 09:30 – 11:30 UK
time.

We limit spaces to 12 delegates for all online courses so
that everyone has the time and opportunity to ask questions and discuss real
life experience and examples. 

All our online courses will be live with a tutor, never
pre-recorded.
