A seminar for people in business and sport interested in maximising their performance, coaches, trainers and managers, and anyone interested. It will be led by Myles Downey, an acknowledged authority on performance, coaching and leadership, a renowned executive coach and an author. Myles has coached business leaders in Europe, the North and South America, the UAE and Asia Pacific. He founded and taught at the highly regarded ‘The School of Coaching’ and worked with the New Zealand Premier Rugby Coaches and the senior coaches to the England Rugby Union Squad. In the seminar Myles will share the insights from a 35 year career, and show how to access your potential to deliver extraordinary, meaningful results. We’ll be on a tennis court to make the lessons real and visible (no experience of tennis, or interest, is required).
