Contract Management Training

The course is
suitable for people in commercial positions with experience in their service
area but who may not be familiar with contract terminology or managing supplier
performance. Alternatively, it would suit a Procurement or sourcing professional
who would like to understand more of the contract and relationship management
elements of working with third parties.

• Session 1 – Managing contractual risk
• Session 2 – Working effectively with
  internal and external stakeholders
• Session 3 – Key contract clauses and
  their meaning in practice
• Session 4 – Contract performance monitoring,
  including
• Writing and using Key
  Performance Indicators
• Making the most of contract
  review meetings

By the end
of the course, participants will be able to describe key elements of commercial
contracts and how to monitor and improve supplier performance to meet
contractual outcomes.

All online courses are run on Thursdays 09:30 – 11:30 UK
time.

We limit spaces to 12 delegates for all online courses so that everyone has the time and opportunity to ask questions and discuss real life experience and examples. 

All our online courses will be live with a tutor, never pre-recorded.
