British Training Awards 2026 – Engineering& Manaufacturing Initiative of the Year Award
We are thrilled to
share another fantastic achievement!
At a
special celebration in Covent Garden, London on 15th July, we won Engineering & Manufacturing Initiative of the Year at
the British Training Awards 2026 in
partnership with Gressingham Foods,
Following our
success at the British HR Awards 2026, in the Engineering & Manufacturing Initiative
category this recognition further reflects the power of investing in people to
develop confident, capable leaders who make a lasting impact.
The award was
presented by Chantal Orlik from The Motivation Agency.
This award
recognises what can be achieved when leadership development is built around
real business challenges. Together, we created a bespoke programme that enabled
150 managers to:
· Tackle live
operational challenges
· Lead change within
their teams
· Deliver over £1
million in projected savings
Tailored
specifically to Gressingham’s business, the programme built more confident
leaders, created a consistent leadership approach across multiple sites and
embedded a culture of continuous improvement.
“The impact of the training has been remarkable. We have seen
clear improvements in the behaviour and attitudes of our managers, as well as
significant financial gains. The cost-saving and efficiency projects assigned
to staff far exceeded our expectations.”
