Inspire the next generation, and help get their careers on the right track

Norfolk is home to innovative businesses, exciting brands, and ambitious employers offering a wealth of career opportunities. The challenge is making sure the next generation knows they exist.

The Future Careers Expo brings businesses and young people together to do exactly that.

Following a really successful and well attened event last year, the Expo returns to the Norfolk Showground on 3rd and 4th March 2027, giving businesses the opportunity to showcase what they do, spark curiosity, and inspire young people aged 14–17 to explore the career paths available right here in Norfolk.

Be part of the conversation. Inspire future talent. Show young people what’s possible in Norfolk.

With more than 5,000 students already enrolled, it’s set to be a busy two days, connecting employers with the future workforce and helping young people see a future for themselves in our fine county.

From apprenticeships and technical skills to professional services, creative industries and emerging technologies, the Expo puts Norfolk’s diverse career opportunities in front of the people who could one day drive them forward.

Why Exhibit at this year’s Expo?

The Future Careers Expo is about more than raising your business’s profile. It’s an opportunity to make a lasting impression on the people who will shape Norfolk’s workforce in the years ahead.

    • Reach thousands of young people. Put your business in front of students exploring their future careers.

    • Showcase what makes you different. Bring your industry, your people and your opportunities to life.

    • Inspire future talent. Help young people discover careers they may never have considered.

    • Strengthen Norfolk’s future workforce. Give students a reason to build their careers locally, with the innovative and exciting employers on their doorstep.

    • Raise your profile. Make valuable connections with potential future employees and help put your sector on the career map.

Whether you’re recruiting apprentices, looking to attract future graduates, promoting specialist skills or simply want to show young people what your industry has to offer, the Expo gives you a platform to make a difference.
