In a recent role I led a £100m turnover division with about 200 employees. This day-to-day operational management including customer involvement had significant change management was layered on top due to a company-wide transfromation programme. Previously, as business lead for an urgent business change, I delivered a significant change project to meet new regulatory requirements. Other experience includes managing a £30m turnover factory and project management of capital spend projects worth about £5m each.

After the First World War the job as a carpenter Herbert Smith had left on the Honingham Estate was no longer available.
