I’m an Owner to CEO coach. I work with owners of established service businesses who’ve built something that works but they’re the bottleneck and carrying it alone. I help them change the patterns that keep them at the centre, so the business can run without them and they get their life back.

I do that through 1:1 coaching, and I’m launching C12, a small online peer board of no more than twelve owners. I’m the author of Living by Design [Not by Default], and I’m based on the Norfolk coast.

What makes me different: Most help for owners is strategy, systems or accountability. I work on the layer underneath, the identity and patterns. The strengths that built the business are usually what’s now keeping the owner stuck in the middle of it.
