From our 30s onwards we naturally begin to lose muscle mass if we don’t actively work to maintain it.
Don’t be fooled into thinking that strength training is just for athletes or bodybuilders. It can be one of the most vital things we can do for healthy ageing, independence, bone health and our metabolism.
That’s why resistance exercise features in many of my classes and programmes 💪💪
