StallSync is a two-sided marketplace platform for the craft fair and events sector. We connect event organisers with stallholders and food stalls, replacing the fragmented mix of Facebook groups, spreadsheets, and manual coordination that currently dominates the industry.
There are no public event listings to trawl and no application forms: stallholders fill in a profile once, and organisers search for and invite the ones who fit. The platform handles the whole booking process: matching, digital contracts, payment processing through Stripe, and an Event Passport holding each stallholder’s insurance, certificates, and compliance documents.
No platform fee on bookings; StallSync operates as a subscription service, which unlocks planning further ahead and a wider stallholder search distance.
