Exercise can be one of the most effective non-medical tools available to support women through perimenopause and menopause.
Numerous sports sciences studies show strength training and regular physical activity can help support bone health, body composition, mood and overall wellbeing.
It’s one reason I’ve recently completed additional specialist training in this area to fully support my clients going through this stage of life.
