Join Mindsight for an engaging and interactive workshop exploring how our individual communication styles, behaviours and attitudes influence the relationships we build at work and beyond.
Using a practical Support and Challenge model, participants will explore how assertiveness and warmth shape the way we interact with others, and how different approaches can lead to misunderstandings, tensions or stronger working relationship’s.
Through enjoyable exercises, discussion and personal reflection, participants will discover more about their own interpersonal style, recognise different approaches in others and explore how adapting their behaviour can improve communication, collaboration and leadership.
