Join us for a calming 45-minute yoga session at SunFyr Barns, followed by relaxed networking with fellow professionals. Teas, coffees and homemade treats will be available to purchase afterwards.

Arrival from 8:00am, with yoga running 8:15–9:00am, followed by refreshments and networking until 10:00am.
All yoga equipment will be provided, including mats, bolsters, blocks and straps, so there’s no need to bring anything other than a bottle of water.
