Building Inclusive and Preventative Workplaces in Norfolk
Inclusive workplaces help employers widen access to employment, support their people and build stronger working environments. But where can businesses turn for practical guidance and support?
This event brings together local expertise, employer experience and evidence-based resources to explore how organisations can strengthen inclusive recruitment and prevent workplace aggression.
Hear from Rippleacts CIC about support for inclusive employment in Norfolk, and from Newmedica Norwich about a successful local partnership for inclusive recruitment. Professor Roberta Fida of Aston University Business School will also present a recently launched toolkit and interactive dashboard designed to help employers take a preventative approach to workplace aggression.
The session will cover:
-
Support available to Norfolk employers looking to improve inclusive employment.
-
Practical lessons from local collaboration on inclusive recruitment.
-
Evidence-based resources for preventing workplace aggression.
-
Opportunities to discuss challenges and share ideas with fellow employers.
There will be time for questions, a networking coffee break and small-group discussions to help participants reflect on how the learning can be applied in their own organisations.
