Norfolk Leaders LIVE

Norfolk Business Leaders Live | 11am – 12pm

Norfolk Business Leaders Live will bring together a panel of six senior business leaders from across a range of sectors to talk about change.  How they planned for it; how they managed it; and how they made it a success for their organisation.   Change is often a time of uncertainty, upheaval and many can view it as a negative thing, especially as businesses face current uncertainty and complexity at a local, regional, and national level.  Our panel will tell you how they  achieved success in a positive way.

This panel is for anyone who has a decision-making capacity, from CEOs and Managing Directors to HR Directors, Procurement Managers and Finance Managers.  Anyone that is required to look beyond the day to day operations to the strategic needs and challenges that businesses face today.

The takeaways will be practical examples of things that you can take back and implement in your organisation right now.  The conversation will talk positively about AI and skills needs, and how efficiencies could be realised with a few simple changes.
