My popular Thursday evening Core Conditioning class is MOVING TO WEDNESDAY MORNINGS , 11.30am -12.00pm from 29th May.
Designed to challenge you safely and effectively, with exercises that can be adapted to suit different levels and abilities.
As a fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainer, Clinical PT, Sports Therapist , Nutritionist and Fitness Instructor, I believe exercise should encourage and support people — not intimidate them. No egos, no competition, just a welcoming environment where everyone can work at their own pace.
