Social media for your business workshop
Social media has had an astounding impact on businesses over the last decade and the social revolution is continuing to skyrocket. With digital communication being front and centre in the customer journey, businesses must incorporate social media into their marketing strategies and harness the opportunity to engage with their target audiences.
It all sounds so easy, but there are challenges when it comes to social media. Who has the time? Or the resources? Who’s going to come up with content ideas? Who’s going to manage your accounts and keep an active presence? How will you know if your posts are having any impact?
By the end of this live 3-hour session, you will have a better understanding of how social media can increase your business exposure.
If you are new to using social media for business or want to improve the results you are seeing so far, this training course will be a valuable guide to helping you plan a robust social media strategy and explore the ideal social media platforms for your firm, as well as how to implement your social media strategy and measure what’s working well and what to improve to increase your exposure.
Eligibility:
These small group in-person workshops are open to any business, freelancer, or charity based in Norfolk, UK. Please note that you will need to have registered for our fully funded business support service to participate, we will contact you to complete your registration.
Meet the Trainer
Amy Hobson has been with SocialB as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Training Partner since 2015. After completing her degrees at Keele University and the University of Birmingham Amy feels very lucky to have had over 20 years varied experience working with many different industries. Her expertise, however, is marketing and business development with a particular focus on franchising and retail.
Amy loves training and her favourite part of any training course is seeing the “light bulb moments” when the delegates start to understand how digital marketing works and how they can apply it to their own business to really make a difference. Knowing that our delegates leave the course armed with the knowledge and a plan to make positive changes is very rewarding.

We all have goals, certain things we strive for; a certain level of turnover, multiple product streams, etc. Goals are usually personal and so when something like COVID-19 comes along, a lot of the goals and plans we put in place must be shelved, leaving us feeling deflated and demotivated.
Join the NatWest Business Builder team as we look at creating long term visions to keep you inspired and motivated and keep your business moving forward. We’ll break those visions down into milestones that feel manageable and allow you to feel regular progress whilst keeping the needs of yourself and the business at the heart of every decision you make.
