If you feel like traditional goal setting just doesn’t work for you, you’re not alone.
If you’ve ever scribbled down big business goals in January and promptly forgotten them by February (say hello again to to-do list chaos) this webinar is for you.
This webinar isn’t about vision boards, intentions or vague affirmations. It’s a real-world session for real-life business owners, the kind who wear all the hats, juggle all the tasks. It’s for those who want their business to support their life, not swallows it whole.
In this you will:
Learn why most goal setting advice doesn’t work for Solopreneurs (and what to do instead)
Get crystal clear on what you actually want from your business in the next 3, 6, and 12 months
Create simple, strategic goals that are achievable and motivating
Break your goals down into manageable actions that fit into your week (not your fantasy schedule)
Learn how to review, adjust, and stick to your goals without losing momentum or beating yourself up
This isn’t about hustle or hype. It’s about clarity, focus, and building your version of success step by step, month by month.
This is perfect for solopreneurs who want to:
Stop winging it and start working with a plan
Make steady, meaningful progress in their business
Set goals that take life into account — not just business

Judging will then take place which involves round 1 based on your submission, then round two organised meetings so our two judges per category can judge further against the set category criteria.
Finalists will then be advised of their standing mid January 2026, with the public announcement on Wednesday 25 February 2026.
The glittering awards event will take place on Thursday 26th March 2026, at the stunning Kesgrave Hall, Ipswich, Suffolk.

Will we wake up on July 5th in a de facto one-party state or will the opinion polls have overstated the margin of victory – again?
Whatever happens, it looks like Labour will be the majority party but it’s also possible that some of the smaller parties will have enough seats to come together to bring a meaningful influence on policy. It could be an interesting time – and I didn’t think I’d be writing that about a Starmer government!
Join us on the 10th July when we’ll be rummaging beyond the election rhetoric to pick apart the likely impact of Labour’s plans and looking at what they mean for you. Spoiler alert – it’s not all bad news!
We’ll also take the opportunity to stand further back and look at what’s been driving markets this year, wondering whether, in a world where the UK is now only around 4% of global investment markets, does our election really matter?
This is an online session. A link will be sent to you shortly before the event.

Join us in your local office to hear how your business can get ready for Making Tax Digital. This breakfast seminar will take place between 7.45 am and 9.30 am at our Great Yarmouth office. What is Making Tax Digital? Being introduced in April 2019, Making Tax Digital will revolutionise the way in which businesses will need to maintain records for HMRC. Initially, HMRC will require businesses with a turnover greater than the VAT threshold to maintain digital records, but eventually, it is expected to be rolled out across all areas of tax. We look forward to seeing you there.
