Health surveillance allows you to monitor your workeforce’s health. By setting a baseline, you can identify whether a person’s job is affecting their health and take steps to minimise risk. Surveillance can include monitoring HAVS (Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome) in people who use heavy machinery, or exposure to toxins such as lead, for example sash window fitters.
