His career boasts a successful track record across both ideation & implementation helping brands to achieve huge growth in the health, fitness, sports & technology industries. In his early career, he cut his teeth working for some of the biggest brands in their field such as Grant Thornton and Life Fitness but where he really excelled and thrived was the fast-paced and creative world of start-up & SME. He has set up, scaled, and managed sales teams both locally and globally. Although he has extensive experience in building and managing teams he has always felt, as a leader, it’s important to be hands-on and this has always ensured he is best placed to truly see and understand any opportunities to cease, challenges to overcome, or blockers to remove. In sport, Matt has been involved in professional and semi-professional football most of his life. Having played semi-professionally for over 15 years Matt has seen everything in non-league. He has captained every side he has played for and been the manager of the nationally recognised Gym United FC as well as more recently Thetford Town FC where he is still in charge now. About Daniel Mayhew Daniel was Born on Abbey Farm and grew up in Thetford, attended the Rosemary Musker High School. He started his career in sales in the mobile phone industry. He quickly became successful by the age of 20. In the years to follow, Daniel became a worldwide leader with Fintech & Ecommerce Eco-System.  Working for UK, Israeli, American, and other international businesses, specialising in Cross Border Payments, E-Commerce, GTM Strategy, and Commercialisation. As a leader, Daniel has led several events and has shared his expertise around the world with audiences of up to 5,000 participants – in China, EU, Israel, UK with the most recent one in Azerbaijan off the back of a request from the Azerbaijan embassy and their trade minister. Daniel is currently working as a Global GM for the World’s largest Fintech and leads a team in North America, UK and  EU. Daniel returned to Thetford 3 years ago after living away for many years and has been drawn to its growth potential and investment opportunities.
