Norfolk Show Exhibitor Information & Welcome Pack
Welcome to the Norfolk Show!

We’re thrilled to have you join our marquee of fabulous businesses at this year’s event. Inside this envelope, you’ll find everything you need to get settled in and have a successful show:
- Exhibitor Tickets (2 per day): These are your two-day passes for all your team members.
- Setup Passes (1): Use these for access on setup day (Tuesday, June 25th) with no need for exhibitor tickets.
- Car Park Passes (1 per day): These grant access to any public car park throughout the show. Tip: traveling separately? You will need to purchase additional car park passes from The Royal Norfolk Show website!
- ‘It’s a Wrap!’ Ticket: Join us for a celebratory event on Thursday afternoon, kindly sponsored by Sprowston Manor (details enclosed).
Important Information:
- Setup: Exhibitors can set up their stands on Tuesday, June 25th, from 10am to 5pm. We recommend the Green Car Park and entry via the Norwich Gate (opposite the Premier Inn on Dereham Road). While you can come after 5pm, Norfolk Chambers staff won’t be available to assist.
- Show Days: Arrival Time: Be prepared for heavy traffic! We recommend aiming to arrive between 6:30am and 7:00am on show days (Wednesday & Thursday). The Norfolk Chambers Team will be on-site by 6:30am to assist you. The show is open Wednesday 7:00am – 8:00pm and Thursday 7:00am -7: 00pm. For any unexpected issues on show days, please contact Shelley directly at 07760447528.
- Breakdown: You can start packing down your stand after 6:00pm on Thursday but vehicle access will be permitted from 7:30pm via Gate 44 or anytime on Friday, June 28th. Norfolk Chamber staff will be on-site to help with breakdown on Friday from 9am.
Schedule of Events (Invitation Only):
Wednesday
- 8:00am – 9:30am: Breakfast & Business (Co.llaboration Zone)
- 5:00pm – 6:30pm: Sunset Drinks (Co.llaboration Zone)
Thursday
- 8:00am – 9:30am: Breakfast (Co.llaboration Zone)
- 2:30pm – 4:30pm: “It’s a Wrap!” Celebration (Co.llaboration Zone)
Additional Notes:
- Lanyards: Look for your exhibitor lanyards waiting for you on your table upon arrival on setup day.
- Stay Hydrated & Fuelled: It’s a long two days! We will have water coolers on site to keep you hydrated. Need a caffeine boost? Coffee Quest will be in the marquee and their delicious coffee will keep you energised, and a small donation is encouraged to support a great cause.
- You should have received your breakfast invitation with your toolkit and exhibitor brief.
- Our 2x2m stand is on grass, so consider weights or supports for roller banners.
