Ermine Amies of Sandler Training presented a lively and enthusiastic session. She spoke on adapting to different style and techniques when dealing with customers and how to recognise what type of person you are talking to. Ermine’s delegates said they wished the session could have gone on longer, with Scott Jarvis of KTIB saying he enjoyed the “easy, laid back style of learning” that Ermine brought.
