Member Training: Impacting and Influencing

An interactive workshop to help to understand how we influence others, the influencing styles, personality types and how to make best use of these. How to bring out the best in people and build their confidence. . Equipment: No equipment is necessary for you to bring to the course. Pens and note paper will be available. Course Content • recognising the importance of communication • identifying core values • understanding the preferred styles of communication • the importance of style adapting • recognising personality types • developing rapport • using positive body language and voice tone • the importance of questioning techniques • active listening skills • understanding resistance to change • using assertiveness without aggression • overcoming limited thinking • handling conflict effectively Course costs range from £154 – £198 per person.
