We recognise that having a first level of responsibility for people can be challenging, and for those being stepped up for the first time into a team leader role can be a daunting experience. This course is designed to share skills and knowledge to help and assist you in your role, and to make your life easier as a team leader. The ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills qualification is ideal if you are a new or practicing team leader, and will help you become more effective and confident in your role and will support you in  making the transition from working in a team to leading a team.

This programme provides a solid foundation to some of the core skills required when stepping into a Team Leader role. The practical delivery of the learning will enable you to implement the skills immediately, which will improve your confidence and motivation to lead your team more effectively.
