Our innovative training system in Enterprise & Business allows apprentices and existing employees develop entrepreneurial attitudes, recognise and even measure the impact they can have. It’s all about people accepting responsibility for influencing business performance and delivering a return on investment.

Inspired, motivated and empowered to make decisions, work can become more enjoyable, rewarding and even fun. We even provide an experienced business mentor, able to nurture the success you are striving to achieve.

The Advanced Enterprise course is delivered in a classroom environment but delivered in ways that can make more sense than traditional ‘chalk and talk’ sessions. It’s as much about doing, as it is about knowing. Understanding why, as well as what.

Specifically designed to add value to existing training programs/apprenticeships, the commitment needed is one full day training a month over 10 months.

Full day workshops include:

• Planning and prioritising work objectives
• Developing an enterprising mindset
• Using enterprise skills in the workplace
• Developing commercial awareness, professional behaviour & business structure
• The business environment and UK economy
• Developing the innovative intrapreneur
• Pitching a new business opportunity
• Developing teamwork and leadership
• Including Professional Mentor support & Visits

Swarm training can add relevance and meaning to any apprentice’s training, as well as for upskilling and inspiring your existing employees.

Price: Full 10 day course:£1,500 + VAT or pay as you go- £200+ VAT (per person, per workshop)
