The Role – As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing strong relationships with clients, and supporting candidates in finding the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Advertising vacancies and managing job applications
- Matching candidates to suitable roles
- Negotiating offers and supporting the onboarding process
- Working towards individual and team targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and motivated approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
