“Each Christmas our Young Carer’s group leaders are always really excited to be able to browse the gifts that have been donated to choose an individual present for the Young Carers in their groups. When it comes to our final group before Christmas and we bring the bag of presents in to distribute to the Young Carers it’s such a pleasure to see their faces.“ Our work means that over 3,000 young people, children, and families, have hope, opportunity, and stability this Christmas and beyond.
