Norfolk Car Clubvehiclesare operated by Co-wheels – a not for profit community interest company which is establishing a network of car clubs across the UK.Norfolk Car Club is supported by Norfolk County Council, Norwich City Council, the Department of Energy and Climate Change, the Department for Transportand other partners.The aim of the club is to help:
