After months of scrupulous checks the Brook Hotel has just been approved to join the Best Western Group. The joining of the group means that not only are we a face you can recognise, you also have the quality assurance that the Best Western brand demands in order to be a part of their program. We hope that this will attract more corporate and leisure guests to the Best Western Brook Hotel here in Norwich which will in turn mean we will be able to employ more staff to boost the local area.
