Leaping Hare Renewables are passionate about developing the next generation of installers. Not only are they supporting apprenticeships through CWA but they are also offering apprentices additional paid leave to pursue Duke of Edinburgh to Gold award. Founders Matthew & Katharine Kemp believe that developing all-round confidence through experiences such as DofE is key to success, not just in business but in life too.
Apprentice Electrician Hope is “really grateful for the support and encouragement to achieve the Gold DofE award” which she will complete this summer. Successful completion of Gold DofE also normally means an invitation to Buckingham Palace!
