Local IQ are hosting their inaugural EDP Norfolk Business Festival 2024, a series of events dedicated to fostering collaboration and growth across the Norfolk business community.
From 15 – 26 April 2024, they will be celebrating Norfolk’s vibrant business scene with a series of free to attend events, designed to bring sectors together, elevate local brands, and disseminate knowledge to fuel our region’s economic vitality.
They are inviting Norfolk businesses to seize the opportunity to get involved and host events during the festival. Whether you’re a start-up or an established corporation, Local IQ are offering tailored packages to ensure your business can participate. These events, ranging from intimate seminars and networking sessions to expansive webinars and workshops, will cover diverse topics such as finance, leadership, and health sciences.
Norfolk Chambers of Commerce and Norwich BID will be supporting the EDP Norfolk Business Festival by each delivering free to attend event. Norfolk Chambers will hold an event in King’s Lynn during the first week of the festival and will use the Chambers media channels to showcase the festival opportunities to all Norfolk businesses and will also promote its members’ events that are part of the EDP Norfolk Business Festival on our website. Norwich BID’s event will be held in Norwich during the second week of the festival.
The Chambers’ event (Levelling Up for Business – Challenges & Opportunities) at the College of West Anglia in King’s Lynn will be held on Wednesday 17 April. It will help local businesses to discover how to enhance their business with partially-funded training, including a West Norfolk Training Grant covering up to 75% of costs, and learn about the Boost Project supporting skills development for 16 – 30-year-olds. This session is not just informative, but also a perfect venue for networking, complete with coffee and bacon rolls.
