Local cancer charity, Big C, has been awarded gold accreditation as a Best Employer Eastern Region 2021. Best Employers Eastern Region is a biennial programme comprising an employee survey provided by co-founders ERAS Ltd, that measures employee engagement, company culture and development, across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex. Big C was also further recognised receiving the ‘Alex Pearce Award for Most Improved’. The judges’ comments were, “Big C scored well in terms of overall engagement and survey participation and the judges gave them solid scores in all categories. Unsurprisingly, the Big C operates a clear set of values and has used the motivational maps to understand the engagement drivers of its employees.
