Ashtons Legal has expanded its Insolvency and Restructuring Team with a significant hire. Senior Associate and experienced litigator, Ina Beurich, joined Ashtons Legal in September 2022. She has worked in the complex insolvency and restructuring field for over 15 years. Ina advises an array of stakeholders including Insolvency Practitioners in connection with bankruptcy and insolvency matters, directors facing disqualification proceedings and creditors who are pursuing debt recovery through insolvency proceedings. Ina is a member of R3, the Association for Business Recovery Professionals and is bilingual in English and German. Ina joins Partner Fiona Stuart and Associate, Alice Trainor as part of the firm’s well-respected insolvency offering.
