Three-Year Value Acceleration Programme

Three-Year Value Acceleration Programme

Build a more valuable, scalable and resilient business.

A two-day high-focus retreat for business owners who want the space to think strategically, plan intentionally, and build a stronger future.

Delivered in partnership with Norwich Business School (UEA).

Why This Matters

Running a successful business often leaves little time to step back and think strategically.

Day-to-day operational demands consume your attention, leaving limited space to focus on leadership, long-term growth, structure, and the future direction of your business.

Success creates momentum…

But it also brings complexity, responsibility, and noise. For many established business owners, the business becomes all-consuming. Decisions are made quickly. Opportunities are pursued, or missed, in real time.

This retreat-style programme is designed to give you space away from those pressures.

Bringing together a carefully selected group of ambitious business owners, the programme provides an environment intentionally removed from day-to-day operations, creating the opportunity for deeper strategic reflection and higher-quality discussion.

Delivered in partnership with Norwich Business School (UEA), the programme is focused on helping you build a stronger, more resilient, and more owner-independent business over the next three years.

Through strategic workshops, facilitated discussions, and peer collaboration, you will explore the key drivers of long-term value creation, including leadership, scalability, operational resilience, growth strategy, innovation, and reducing founder dependence.

Who is this for?

This programme is designed for:

  • Established owner-managed businesses
  • Businesses preparing for their next stage of growth
  • Owners looking to reduce operational dependence on themselves
  • Leadership teams seeking stronger structure and clarity
  • Businesses focused on long-term resilience and scalability

What will be covered…

  • Reducing owner dependence

What you will leave with..
