While the development industry is seeing the green shoots of recovery, the Government’s appetite for planning reform shows no signs of slowing down. Meanwhile, despite those reforms, the number of planning related court challenges also shows no signs of abating. The planning system therefore seems likely to remain in a state of constant change for the foreseeable future and you need to think about how you are going to keep up.

This seminar will provide an update on recent developments for developers, landowners and local authorities and will also look ahead at what further changes 2014 is likely to bring.
