This is an information session and there is no obligation to then take part in the programme. We will be explaining the programme to you in a seminar style online event.

We understand recruitment plans may have changed due to Covid, but even if you only have a vague plan for future personnel, do come along to our online Graduate Job Programme launch on Thursday 21 January. The session will introduce you to our free recruitment service – matching you with suitable graduates for you to interview in the Spring – with temporary or permanent employment to commence in summer 2021, after student graduation.

This is open to all businesses, of any size, particularly those who may be able to offer a position, with on-the-job development, in any of the Norwich Business School disciplines including (but not limited to):

Flexible Recruitment – You can also benefit from the flexibility of recruiting on a one year contract, should the virus situation be impacting your business forecasting, this can be a good option for business continuity. With our new ‘year in industry’ programme, we have students seeking one year contracts as well as those seeking more permanent roles.

Recruiting a graduate can give your organisation an injection of new thinking from a research-led university. The matching service is free and there is no obligation to recruit following interviews, if the match just isn’t right.
