Help Norfolk and Waveney Mind, your local mental health charity light up the streets of Norwich this World Mental Health Day, and take on our 5km walk around central Norwich, ending with a vibrant silent disco.

The Norfolk and Waveney Mind night walk will pass by some of the city’s iconic landmarks and buildings. Covering 5K, the route will take you between 1 – 1.5 hours, depending on your pace.
